Experience an extraordinary tasting dinner where five distinguished chefs will create five unique dishes, each inspired by seasonal ingredients and harmony with nature. Our Chef Andrzej Sawka has chosen the best chefs in the region: Maciej Morański, Kuba Steurmark, Mateusz Szpytma, and Mirosław Jadach. Additionally, during the evening, we will be joined by Sous Chef Paweł Mitka and Chef de Partie Radosław Michałowicz. Each dish will be complemented by carefully selected wine. During this special evening, our Sommelier Paweł Dyba will ensure the perfect pairing of wines with each of the five dishes. The selection of wines has been meticulously crafted to highlight and enhance each flavor. The wines paired with appetizers and cheeses complement their subtle and delicate notes, while those accompanying the main courses harmonize with rich and intense flavors. For the desserts, wines have been chosen to add sweetness and finesse, perfectly concluding the culinary journey. Paweł Dyba has used his knowledge and experience to create a harmonious flavor composition that enriches every bite and sip, offering an unforgettable culinary experience.

During the upcoming tasting dinner, our Restaurant Manager Arkadiusz Słupek will present an exceptional collection of drinks, specially crafted to perfectly complement each of the five dishes. Using his knowledge and experience, he has prepared cocktails that will fully enhance and enrich the flavors of the served dishes. Each drink is precisely matched to the subtle notes of the appetizers, the intense flavors of the main courses, and the sweet tones of the desserts.
