For very young children, especially those under 4.5 years old, this form of instruction is essential as it requires the instructor’s full attention, increasing the child’s comfort and safety on the slopes. Shorter training sessions are one of the advantages of individual lessons, which can range from 30 minutes for the youngest to several hours a day, depending on the child’s age and skill level. While group lessons may motivate older children, individual attention often yields better results for younger ones. The final choice of training type depends on the child’s needs, the parents' expectations, and the time they can dedicate to learning to ski.
