The infrastructure of the hotel is impressive, the hotel made a good impression on me in terms of the standard of the rooms, the level of food and the size of the pool/suan/jacuzzi.
However, I have the biggest doubts about the service:
- lack of proper "onboarding", but at the beginning the staff gives you a key to the room, tells you where it is and go! As a result, you have to ask about all, even the most mundane things. Unfortunately, when you come after a 2-3 hour ride, in mine you should be informed "automatically" about everything, about the infrastructure, about attractions, about prices, because you don't have the head to ask about everything.
- Soup served cold in the restaurant
- Room service open only until 9:00 p.m., i.e. it closes when it is most needed
- The duplicate room card for my partner was issued did not open the garage
- Regarding parking - the hotel charges extra for an outdoor space, which must be booked in advance (which we were not informed about at all), underground parking is also paid additionally
- A bit of ambiguity with cleaning the rooms. On the one hand, there are signs for the handle "please clean my room", on the other hand, the staff cleans everything as it goes, these signs do not work at all. Also, when we asked the cleaning staff only to change the towels, the lady "forced" in and started cleaning the mirror in the bathroom. It is nice, but overzealousness is worse than fascism, let's 😉 remember.
- For many things there are instructions in the form of usually a small "piece of paper", but e.g. in saunas, where it is basically most needed, there is no discipline, some enter in flip-flops, some without, some after the sauna load straight into the pool, etc.
- They make you pay for coffee capsules for the mini coffee machine in the room
- There was no phone in our room to call room service. We also didn't get hotel flip-flops
- When trying to arrange 3 massages around 4:00 p.m., the SPA announced that there was room for only one service until the end of the day. In general, the SPA had a very small capacity, with a lot of services offered, presented in the form of a booklet like in a restaurant menu (probably about 30 different massages).
In general, the hotel is very nice, but these shortcomings in the service made our trip a little unpleasant.
Infrastruktura hotelu imponująca, Hotel zrobił na mnie dobre wrazenie pod względem standardu pokoi, poziomu jedzenia i wielkości basenu/ suan/ jacuzzi.
Jednak co do obsługi mam największe wątpliwości:
- brak właściwego "onboardingu", cyzli na start obsługa daje Ci klucz do pokoju, mówi gdzie się znajduje i wio! W rezultacie o wszystkie nawet najbardziej prozaiczne rzeczy trzeba się dopytywać. Niestety jak przyjeżdża się po 2-3 h jazdy to w mojej należy byc poinformowanym "z automatu" o wszystkim, o infrastrukturze, o atrakcjach, o cenach, bo nie ma się głowy żeby zapytać o wszystko.
- Zupa podana zimna w restauracji
- Room service czynny tylko do 21:00, czyli jest zamykany wtedy gdy jest najbardziej potrzebny
- Wydany duplikat karty do pokoju dla mojej partnerki nie otwierał garażu
- Odnośnie parkowania - hotel nalicza dodatkowo za miejsce pod chmurką, które trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować (o czym w ogóle nie byliśmy poinformowani), parking podziemny płatny także dodatkowo
- Trochę dwuznaczność ze sprzątaniem pokojów. Z jednej strony są wywieszki na klamkę "prosze posprzątać mój pokój" z drugiej strony obsługa sprząta wszystko jak leci, te wywieszki w ogóle nie funkcjonują. Też gdy poprosiliśmy obsługę sprzątającą tylko o wymianę ręczników, Pani "na siłę" weszła i zaczęła czyścić lustro w łazience. Jest to miłe, ale nadgorliwość jest gorsza od faszyzmu, pamiętajmy 😉.
- Do wielu rzeczy są porozstawiane instrukcje w formie zazwyczaj małej "karteczki", ale np. w saunach czyli tam gdzie to jest w zasadzie najbardziej potrzebne nie ma dyscypliny, jedni wchodza w klapkach, jedni bez, jedni po saunie ładują się prosto do basenu itp.
- Za kapsułki do kawy do miniekspresu w pokoju każą sobie płacić
- W naszym pokoju nie było aparatu telefonicznego, aby zadzwonić na room service. Nie dostaliśmy też klapek hotelowych
- SPA przy próbie umówienia się na 3 masaże w okolicach 16:00 oznajmiło że jest miejsce tylko na jedną usługe do końca dnia. Ogólnie SPA miało bardzo małą przepustowość, przy oferowanych bardzo wielu usługach, prezentowanych w formie książeczki jak w restauracyjnym menu (chyba ok. 30 przeróżnych masaży).
Ogólnie Hotel bardzo fajny, ale te niedociągniecia w obsłudze troszeczkę uprzykrzały nam wyjazd.
