Recommended attractions for children in Szklarska Poręba:

1. The Izera Dark Sky Park and "astro-path".

   An attraction for those who are fans of the night sky. The Izera Dark Sky Park was created in nearby Jakuszyce, right next to the ORLE Tourist Station. A unique path in the shape of a model of the solar system was built in the Park. Each of its elements was created from a different type of rock from Lower Silesia. The location of the path makes it possible to explore the unique nature of the Sudety Mountains; it is a lesson in astronomy and geology at the same time. The length of the path is as long as 4.5 km, and the planetary system was built on a scale of 1:1 billion. The Dark Sky Park covers an area of 74 km2, and it is here, in the heart of the Izera Park, that the conditions for viewing the sky unobstructed by city lights are perfect.

   The astro-path can be walked at any time of the year and it is also accessible for cyclists.

2. The Esplanade Family Amusement Park

   Located in Szklarska Poreba, a family amusement park with a roller coaster and ice arena open in the winter. Great fun and adrenaline at the same time!

3. The Enchanted Garden of the Mountain Spirit

   The Illuminated Garden of the Mountain Spirit, located right next to the Hauptmanns Museum in Szklarska Poreba Średnia. The darkness of the garden is livened up by magical light, which inspires emotions and stirs the imagination. Guides touring the garden weave amazing legends about the Karkonosze villains and treasure hunters. Visitors can take part in the field game "8 seals of mystery", all in a fun and fairytale setting. The one-and-a-half-kilometre-long walking route has been illuminated with an extraordinary array of colourful and warm lights. You will definitely feel like you are in a magical and fairytale land here.

4. The Dinosaur Park in Szklarska Poręba

   Here entertainment blends with education, a beautiful and charming place where you will find many surprising attractions. There are impressive life-size dinosaur reconstructions, playgrounds, a rope park, bouncy castles, forest nature trails, a 6D cinema and many other attractions. Take a walk along the footpaths, enjoy the surrounding nature, play boules, visit the Illusion Gallery.

5. The Trollnadia rope park

   This rope park is located in the very centre of the city, right by the Jedności Narodowej St. . It offers several routes of varying difficulty for children of all ages. There is a so-called "continuous protection" system throughout the park, so that all participants can feel safe. The rope park is also open in winter.
