Wines in perfect harmony

During this exceptional evening, our Sommelier Paweł Dyba will ensure the perfect wine pairing for each of the five courses. The selection of wines has been carefully thought out to highlight and enhance each flavor. The wines chosen to accompany the appetizers and cheeses harmonize with their subtle and delicate notes, while those paired with the main courses perfectly complement the rich and intense flavors. For the desserts, wines have been selected to add sweetness and finesse, elegantly concluding the culinary journey. Paweł Dyba used his knowledge and experience to create a harmonious flavor composition that enriches every bite and sip, offering unforgettable culinary experiences.

During the upcoming tasting dinner, our Restaurant Manager Arkadiusz Słupek will present an exceptional collection of drinks, specially crafted to perfectly complement each of the five courses. Drawing on his knowledge and experience, he has prepared cocktails that will fully enhance and enrich the flavors of the served dishes. Each drink is precisely matched to the subtle accents of the appetizers, the intense notes of the main courses, and the sweet tones of the desserts. Thanks to his expertise, every sip of the drink will enrich the evening's culinary experience, offering guests unforgettable taste and visual sensations.
