Some amenities, such as treatments at Berg SPA, the à la carte menu at Bergo Restaurant, or the rental of electric bikes, are available for an additional charge. However, they are worth considering if you want to enhance your mountain holiday package with unique experiences.

• Due to changes in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for the company, please provide full details (name, address, tax ID), no later than at the time of prepayment or providing a credit card number for charging. Without such information, issuing the invoice at a later date will be impossible.
• Upon check-in, it is required to present a valid photo ID and a credit card. Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability, and their fulfillment may be subject to an additional charge.
